MIKE STRATTON SCORES 1ST WIN OF SEASON IN MOD LITES

Richard Rexrode led the first two laps of the 15-lap Mod Lite feature. Mike Stratton was on a mission grabbing the lead for lap three with Jimmy Wills following into second. Tim White was running strong and pulled into third with Jason Musser taking over fourth just before halfway.

 

From halfway until three to go Stratton and Wills put on a great side by side battle for the lead. The yellow was out on lap twelve tightening the field. On the restart White got by Wills for second but it would the defending division champion, Stratton, holding on for his first win of the season and his first for car owner Richie Shulties. Rounding out the top five were White, Wills, Musser and Rexrode. Heats were won by Wills and Stratton.
