JOJO WATSON OUT RUNS BROTHER IN 2ND BIG BLOCK 20 LAP MAIN
The second 20-lap Big Block feature would go caution free. With the field inverted for the first feature finish, Joseph Watson found himself on the pole driving Jamie Mills’ backup car. Watson wasted no time pulling away from the field while Bobby Watkins held second and Dave Dissinger battled with Matt Hawkins for third.
By the halfway sign Joseph Watson was comfortably out front with Watkins in second and Matt Hawkins making a strong run in third. Jordon Watson was on the move as he took third just past halfway and with eight to go got by Watkins for second. It was now brother chasing brother. With five to go Bunting had worked his way from the rear to third.
With no cautions, “JoJo�, who only competed in two races last season and was making his first start of 2014, was able to hold off his brother Jordan to take the win. Bunting ended a good night in third with Watson ending a strong run in fourth and Mills fifth. All starters finished on the lead lap!
