MATT HILL WINS GOING AWAY IN CRATE MODELS
Matt Hill started the 15 lap Crate Model feature in third but powered by Zac Weller and Alessa Young to lead from lap one. Robbie Walls, Jr. quickly moved to second with Sparky White following into third. By lap seven Mike Wharton was up to third but the yellow was out as Jamie Emory got into the wall landing on his roof on the back straight. Emory was shaken but walked away from the car on his own.
The remainder of the race was all green as Hill pulled away for his first win of the season. Wharton took second from White with one to go and settled for the runner-up spot with White third, Walls, Jr. fourth and Young posting a personal best at the speedway in fifth. Heats were won by Hill and Weller.
