JOE WARREN WIRE TO WIRE FOR THIRD CRATE WIN

Joe Warren took advantage of a ten car inversion to start on the pole in the 15-lap Crate Model feature. Tyler Reed grabbed second from Mike Wilson on lap two with Robbie Walls, Jr. following into third.  Derek Magee was up to fourth but a broken suspension sent him off the fourth turn bringing out the yellow on lap five. Warren continued to set the pace with Reed and Walls, Jr. swapping second. By halfway Sparky White was up to fourth and Matt Hill was running in fifth.

White got by Reed for third with five to go and one lap later took second from Walls, Jr. The final yellow was out at this point when Kellie Lewis and Steven Baker went off turn four. Warren was able to open a comfortable lead for the remaining distance to post his third win of the year. White finished a strong second with Reed finishing third. Fourth went to Hill and Walls, Jr. rounded out the top five. Heats were won by Mike Wharton and Hill.
