JORDAN WATSON GETS 2ND AC DELCO VICTORY

Fifteen year old Trent Willey set fast time in the AC Delco PSC Modified qualifying and with an inversion draw of zero, started on the pole. Willey set the pace with Bobby Watkins pulling past Nick Nash to take second. Brandon Blades, who started in fifth was quick and was able to drive to second by lap four.

On lap seven, something appeared to break on Watkins’ car and he went off the first turn bringing out the yellow and ending his night. On the restart, Jordan Watson was able to power into second and one lap later, moved by Willey to take the lead.

With the remained of the race staying green, Watson was able to pull away to post his second win of the year. Willey finished out a great run in second with Blades third. Fourth went to Scott Baker and Joseph Tracy rounded out the top five.
