JORDAN WATSON RETURNS AND WINS CAMP BARNES AC DELCO MODIFIED MAIN

In the support divisions, Jordan Watson set fast time in the AC Delco Modified qualifying and then led wire to wire to win the 15-lap main. Matt Hawkins remained a constant threat from the drop of the green until he climbed the wall down the back straight and came to a stop after riding on two wheels.

That moved defending point champion, Joseph Tracy into the second spot. Tracy methodically worked the bottom groove and made a challenge for the lead off the final turn. Watson was able to win the race back to the checkered to take the win. Tracy finished in second with Scott Baker third. Fourth went to Justin Griffith and Chris Hitchens rounded out the top five.
