ROC DIRT 602 SPORTSMAN SERIES SET TO COMPETE IN NOSTALGIA NIGHT AT HUMBERSTONE SPEEDWAY THIS SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 8, 2024
The Race of Champions Dirt 602 Sportsman Modified Series heads to Humberstone Speedway in Port Colborne, Ontario-Canada this coming Sunday evening, September 8 for Nostalgia Night.
It will be another exciting night of racing at the Port Colborne oval.
James Michael Friesen of Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario-Canada won the most recent Series race at Humberstone.
“We are looking forward to closing out this event and closing out Humberstone with exciting events,” stated Friesen. “It’s always challenging because of the great competition but we are up to the challenge and looking forward to it.”
The most recent event for the Race of Champions 602 Dirt Sportsman Modified Series was postponed due to inclement weather and has been reschedule for Thursday, September 12 at Ohsweken Speedway as part of the opening day of the Canadian Sprint Car Nationals.
Where: New Humberstone Speedway
When: Sunday September 8, 2024. Grandstands open at 5:00 pm. Racing at 6:30 pm
Directions: The track is located is just a short drive from Niagara Falls and St. Catherines, Ontario as well as just 20-miles from downtown Buffalo and the Peace Bridge at 1716 HWY 3 in Port Colborne, Ontario.
