Drivers that violate the invitation system and are not in the first will be removed from the event. In the event there is another violation by any driver in this regard, that driver will be suspended indefinitely from the Series.
All remaining drivers will go into the 6:45pm qualifying event and compete for the remaining 12 positions in the 7:30pm event.
In addition Race of Champions management is working on a new event, which will be a multiple day “i-Racing” event featuring multiple divisions.. Information in regard to this event will be released shortly.
The Series next event will provide a return to road racing for Modifieds with a special 50-lap event at Lime Rock Park on Thursday, April 30.
The Series will conclude with a “one-off” event taking place at Irwindale Speedway and open to the top-30 invitations based on performance and effort, with select driver’s from this series and others earning an invitation to the “Virtual RoC Invitational Showdown”.
