- Can’t not have raced in more than four races in one season in a touring series.
- Can’t have won a feature event in a touring series.
- Must be a member of the Midwest Dash or Midwest Compact Touring Series.
- Officials reserve the right to alter or change the eligibility rules at any time for the fairness of competition and all decisions are final.
