POWRi Lonestar 600's Non Wing
2017 Lonestar 600 Rules Have been released
The 2017 season is fastly approaching. The rules have been gone through. There have been a few rules that have been changed. These rules will be in Red. There are 2 major safety changes. First is a SNELL 2005 will no longer be legal. These helmets are more than 10 years old. These helmets have been deemed unsafe. Helmets have a limit on how long the shell is good. Second is the driver will no longer be able to wear a foam neck brace. For the safety of the driver it will be mandatory to run a head and neck restraint device. Also we are sad to announce that we will no longer carry the Jr. Sprints for 2017. With most of the drivers moving up to restrictor it leave the Jr Sprint field very very small. As much as we here at the Lonstar 600's hate to do it we feel that we must.
We look forward to a fun filled 2017. The schedule is coming together nicely. It will be released at the Banquet. I have some very exciting news about the schedule but everyone will have to wait till its done.
