POWRi Desert Micro Series to Debut in 2023
Belleville, IL. (2/24/2023) Debuting in the 2023 season, the POWRi Desert Micro Series will embark on a three-track journey spanning fifteen events throughout New Mexico and into Colorado with sanctioned classes to include A-Class Wing Micro as well as Stock Non-Wing Micro.
“Expanding upon the established sanctioned Wing & Non-Wing Sprint racing regionally, POWRi was a great choice for our micro series sanctioning,” said series director Bobby Huish
Primarily focused on the A-Class Wing and Stock Non-Wing divisions, the POWRi Desert Micro Series will witness events at Aztec Speedway, Fairgrounds Speedway, and Legacy Speedway; as well as plans to expand to the soon-to-reopen Gullup 140 Speedway and more.
“POWRi has over twenty-five series competing in over 750 events on the schedule for 2023 and the Desert Micro Series will receive the same interest and recognition as all other divisions POWRi continues to offer” added Kenny Brown of POWRi.
