Dirt2Media NOW600 National Series Set for Southwest Kansas Swing!
DRUMRIGHT, Okla. (June 29, 2023) - The Dirt2Media National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Hi Plains Building Division is set for five nights of action across a seven night span in southwest Kansas beginning Sunday.
The inaugural Southwest Kansas Swing will take place at three race tracks in the southwest corner of the state headlined by the Dirt2Media NOW600 Micro Sprint National Championship.
Stock Non-Wing, Winged A-Class and Restricted classes will be in action.
Airport Raceway in Garden City will host the two day opener on Sunday and Monday, July 1-2. It will best the first time since 2018 that the National Micros have graced the clay at the 1/5 mile. It will be the first time the National A-Class division has competed at Airport.
Taking Tuesday and Wednesday off to enjoy the holiday, the traveling titans will embark on Rush County Speedway in La Crosse, KS. It will be the first time the series has scattered the soil in history. The 1/4 mile oval has hosted many other Terry Mattox Racing owned series and always produces some good racing.
Dodge City Raceway Park will round out the weekend with two nights on Friday-Saturday, July 7-8 for the Steve King Memorial which also features our sister series, the ASCS National Tour both nights on the 3/8 mile track. The National Micros will compete on the ultra fast 1/8 mile inside of the famed track.
