ASCS Sooner On Track At 81-Speedway This Saturday

Bryan Hulbert - PARK CITY, Kan. (September 21, 2023) Making the trek north to Kansas, the American Bank of Oklahoma ASCS Sooner Region presented by Smiley's Racing Products, will head for 81-Speedway in Park City, Kan., on Saturday, September 23, 2023.
Initially, a two-night swing between Oklahoma and Kansas, Mother Nature made work of Friday's destination at Thunderbird Speedway in Muskogee.
Offing up a $2,000 payday to Saturday's winner at 81-Speedway, the event will include BSB Manufacturing USRA B-Mods and Heyglassman.com Stock Cars.
With three nights left on the 2023 season, including this weekend, the series is led by Fred Mattox by 246 over Sean McClelland. Third is currently held by Whit Gastineau, with Brandon Anderson and Lance Norick making up the top five.
Saturday, August 23, opens at 3:00 P.M. for the pits and 5:00 P.M. for the stands. Hot Laps are at 6:00 P.M., with racing at 7:00 P.M. (CDT). Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors and military, and free for kids 10 and under. 81-Speedway is located at 7700 N Broadway in Park City, Kan.
