Port City Raceway
Berreth, Jones, Flud, McIntosh, Drake and Blevins Capture Port City Victories on Saturday

TULSA, Okla. (Sept. 16, 2018) - Brock Berreth, Curtis Jones, Frank Flud, Bobby McIntosh, Kale Drake and Jase Blevins each captured victories during Saturday nights PCR Weekly Championship Cup.
124 entries signed in for competition on Saturday featuring 35 POWRi Outlaw, 26 POWRi Non-Wing, 27 POWRi A-Class, 14 POWRi Sportsman, 14 POWRi Restricted and 8 POWRi Junior Sprints.
POWRi Outlaw: Brock Berreth used his pole starting position to his advantage to pick up the Outlaw win. Curtis Jones started fourth and crossed in second. Third went to Russ Disinger. Kayle Bryson picked up the fourth spot with Cole Roberts claiming fifth.
Kevin Bayer was sixth. Seventh went to KJ Snow. Cooper Smith picked up the eighth spot. Jake Nail held on for ninth and Frank Flud came home tenth after starting seventeenth.
Heat race winners were Kaylee Bryson, Curtis Jones, Cole Roberts and KJ Snow. The nights two B-Features went to Frank Flud and Darien Roberts.
POWRi Non-Wing: Curtis Jones worked his way to Saturdays Non-Wing victory. Jones started fifth on the grid and would maneuver his way through the field to pick up the win. Frank Flud took the runner up spot. Third went to Ronnie James. Jace McIntosh claimed fourth with the top five rounding out with Daniel Shaffer.
Daison Pursley picked up the sixth spot. Issac Barr finished in seventh. Eighth went to Bradley Fezard. Ryan Mushrush picked up ten spots to finish in ninth. Jake Nail rounded out the top ten.
Hank Davis, Ronnie James and Frank Flud were heat victors with Jake Nail picking up the B-Feature win.
POWRi A-Class: Frank Flud rolled off the pole to pick up another A-Class victory on Saturday. Cole Roberts followed suit to finish second. Jake Nail rounded out the podium. Jace McIntosh finished in fourth with Zac Moody rounding out the top five.
Kris Carroll took the sixth spot. Lane Goodman took home another seventh place finish. Blake Battles was eighth. Ninth went to Kaylee Bryson and Steven Curbow rounding out the top ten.
Roberts, Moody and Flud took the A-Class heat wins. Fezard took the B-Feature win.
POWRi Sportsman: Bobby McIntosh raced his way to victory in the Sportsman class on Saturday. McIntosh rolled from the outside front row to claim the win. Dave Nicholson settled for second. Third went to Jeremy Wickham. Ryan Cody was fourth with Darrius Myers rounding out the top five.
Larry Martinez crossed in sixth. Jon Taylor seventh. Eighth went to Troy Minton with Rob Donnelly and Randy Myers rounding out the top ten.
Nicholson and Wickham were on top of the heat races.
POWRi Restricted: In a dramatic finish, Kale Drake was credited the win in the Restricted class. Dead even at the line, officials used milliseconds to determine the margin of victory. Shawn Mahaffey was second. Dooley Harris picked up the podium finish. Brody McLaughlin ended the night in fourth with Baron Silva fifth.
Ryan Timms claimed the sixth spot. Kolton Nimrod was seventh. Eighth went to Jase Mosley. Ryker Pace ninth and Glenn James Bratti in tenth.
Timms and Harris picked up heat wins.
POWRi Junior Sprints: Jase Blevins bested the field of eighth Junior Sprints on Saturday night at Port City Raceway. Hayden Mabe took the runner up spot. Freddy Rowland ended up on the final podium spot. Bryson Mosley took fourth with Hudsyn Truitt fifth.
Elliott Thomas sixth. Brody McClelland seventh and Ayden Parrish rounding out the field.
Rowland was the lone heat winner.
Next week it is the most anticipated return of the $8,000 to win / $800 to start Outlaw Nationals at Port City Raceway. Stock Non-Wing and Restricted 'A' Class will be the two support classes.
