Nowhere to go - Safety Lesson Learned

Full Containment Seat Now Installed

Ringgold, GA | April 26, 2016 - Team Dirt Dog's Mike Ice Racing had nowhere to go when his brother Daniel got spun out in front of him in the Sportsman Late Model feature at Boyd's Speedway earlier this month. Mike smacked into his brother then got T-boned in the driver's door.

This was not a 100 mph crash, but even at the relatively low speeds, you can see from the video that the impact was violent enough to make Mike's helmet hit the drivers door. The team ordered a full containment seat the next day and you should too! They're a lot cheaper than an electric wheelchair.

Mike had charged as high as 4th prior to the wreck, but the crash broke an upper A-arm and he was done for the night.

Look for Mike & Brandy Brewer with the two car team of Mike's # 22ii Team Dirt Dog Crate Late Model and Brandy's #15 FWD at their home base of Dixie Speedway and other North Georgia tracks.
