NSTA Top Speed Modified Tour
BRISTOL MOTOR SPEEDWAY PROVIDES ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR SHORT TRACK U.S. NATIONALS TESTING
BRISTOL, Tenn. (April 12, 2017) – Open tests for Bristol Motor Speedway’s Short Track U.S. Nationals are just weeks away.
Open testing for the inaugural event will take place on Saturday, April 29 and Saturday, May 13.
With more than 500 race cars across six classes already registered for the event, the demand for testing has been overwhelming.
Due to the high demand for testing and the limited space, entries to the open tests will not be sold the day of and those wishing to participate must register online. The deadline to register for the April 29 test is Sunday, April 23, while the deadline for the May 13 test is Sunday, May 7.
Testing fees are $100 for the car and driver, and $25 for crew members. To register for testing, visit https://events.com/r/en_US/registration/short-track-us-nationals-open-test-days-bristol-april-26567.
Gates will open at 8 a.m. for both the April 29 and May 13 test, with practice rotating for all six classes throughout the day. Practice will run from 10:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. on both days.
The specific amount of time each class receives on-track will be set closer to the test days.

More than 500 race teams from across North America will make the trip to The Last Great Colosseum, May 19-21, for the Short Track U.S. Nationals. The three-day event will feature racing in Super Late Model, Pro Late Model, Late Model Stock, Modified, Street Stock and Compact classes.
