NASCAR Superstar Kyle Larson Returns To The Cottage Grove Speedway To Race Against The Outlaws

His best finish at “The Grove” was in 2011 with a second. He has found success in everything he has driven. From Sprints (both Winged and Non-Winged), Midgets, Trucks, and more he has found victory lane at tracks across the country. Who is this person I speak of? It is “Yung Money” Kyle Larson from Elk Grove, California and he will be on hand for the Wednesday September 4th World of Outlaw Sprint Series event at the Cottage Grove Speedway.
“Cottage Grove is one of my favorite tracks,” commented Larson, “I haven’t won there . If I can win an Outlaw race there that would be pretty special. The track is always racy and fast and exciting. I’m really looking forward to getting back there.”
Larson, who just was named the driver of the Earnhardt-Ganassi #42 Sprint Cup entry, will return to the first time at the Cottage Grove Speedway since that July evening in 2011. And he has hopes to finally get a win at the historic ¼-mile clay oval venue. The competition he will face though is the best Sprint Car drivers on the planet, the World of Outlaw Sprint Series.
If you didn't purchase a reserved seat you can still get a ticket into the World of Outlaws race. Tickets will be sold the day of the event at the front gates starting around 2:00 PM while racing is expected to get underway at 6:30 PM. Ticket prices are Adults $40.00, Senior (62+)/Military/Junior (7-17) $35.00, Youths 6 & Under $10.00, and Pit Passes are $50.00. Pit gates will open at 1:00 PM.
