Pure Stocks Added To September 7th Program

Banks, Oregon- The Sunset Speedway Park may be off this holiday weekend but we would like to inform our wonderful race fans that the Pure Stock division has been added to the race program on Saturday September 7th. This race will be an exhibition event and hopefully will draw a sizable amount of cars. The other divisions in action will include the Northwest Extreme Late Model Series, Northwest Extreme Sprints, IMCA Modifieds, and the WRS Late Model Lites.
The Sunset Speedway Park is located just west of the Portland metro area in Banks on the Sunset Highway. From April until October you can get your racing fix at this facility which competes weekly primarily on Saturday nights. Regular classes in action include the NW Extreme Winged Sprint Cars, IMCA Modifieds, Street Stocks, 4-Bee’s, NW Extreme Modifieds, and the Womens division.
