Runner-up finish in Route 66's Fan Appreciation Night

Stormy Scott returned to Route 66 Motor Speedway on Saturday evening as the Texas oval hosted its annual Fan Appreciation Night.

Hampered by a tough pill draw in his heat race, Scott delivered an impressive charge from eighth to second. Lining up sixth for the main event, the Las Cruces, New Mexico native advanced four positions to secure a runner-up finish in the feature.
