Thornton wins twice in IMCATV Winter Nationals
Dylan Thornton took on the final four rounds of the IMCATV Winter Nationals last week at Central Arizona Raceway (Casa Grande, Ariz.) and emerged from the event with two victories to his name.
On Wednesday, Thornton backed up an impressive eighth-to-first run in his heat race with his first win of the 2025 season in the 25-lap feature. After making a move past Kollin Hibdon on lap eight, Dylan pulled away to claim the victory.
Following a runner-up finish on Thursday, Dylan was collected in a chain-reaction tangle while running third in the feature on Friday night that ended his night abruptly.
The IMCATV Winter Nationals concluded on Saturday with Thornton notching his second win of the week in the main event. The Orcutt, California native held off Brandon Beckendorf, navigating through lapped-traffic to secure the win.
