Top-10 finish in FALS Frenzy opener at Fairbury
In his first start in the month of October, McKay Wenger made the short trip to Fairbury (IL) Speedway on Friday afternoon for the two-day FALS Frenzy.
Joining 39 MARS Late Model Championship entries, Wenger raced into Friday’s preliminary with a runner-up finish in his heat. With a $5,000 payday up for grabs, Wenger rolled to a seventh-place finish.
McKay’s weekend concluded with a 13th-place finish in Saturday’s $12,000-to-win FALS Frenzy finale.
