Derek Groomer joins FloRacing Night in America at Brownstown Speedway
Kicking off the Jackson 100 weekend, Derek Groomer joined FloRacing Night in America at one of his home tracks Brownstown (Ind.) Speedway on Wednesday afternoon for the $20,000-to-win event.
With a stacked 37-car field on hand, Groomer was unable to make the main event after a ninth-place finish in his B-Main.
The remainder of the weekend was washed out due to the effects of Hurricane Helene.
