Clay Harris attends Gator 50 at Portsmouth ahead of Lucas Oil weekend

Showing up a day early at Portsmouth (Ohio) Raceway Park on Friday evening, Clay Harris took part in the Valvoline American Late Model Iron-Man Series-sanctioned Boone Coleman Gopher 50.

Starting eighth in the $7,500-to-win main event, Clay was an early retiree and finished 20th.

Mother Nature wiped out both Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series events over the weekend.
