Kyle Beard competes in Topless 100 with Lucas Oil at Batesville Motor Speedway
As the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series came close to home, Kyle Beard joined the series at Batesville Motor Speedway (Locust Grove, Ark.) for the annual Topless 100.
With a talented field of 54-drivers on hand, Beard qualified 15th-quickest in his group before finishing fifth in his heat race. In his B-Main, Kyle was unable to find a transfer spot as he slipped back to 15th.
Buried in one of Saturday's B-Mains, Beard charged forward nine spots but still came up short of making the $50,000-to-win main event.
