37th Annual Earl Hill Memorial Up Next at America's Baddest Bullring

Middlebourne, WV - This Saturday, June 22nd, racing fans are in for a spectacular evening as Tyler County Speedway hosts the 37th Annual Earl Hill Memorial, presented by Middletown Homes. The event is part of the 50th Mid-Summer Classic, celebrating the speedway's rich legacy with Twin 50's Late Model action. With $5,080 on the line for the Earl Hill Memorial winner and $3,000 up for grabs in the Steel Block Late Model Tour, the night promises to be a highlight of the season.

The Earl Hill Memorial has a storied history, attracting some of the biggest names in dirt track racing. Past winners read like a who's who of racing legends and rising stars, including Frank Wilson, Bob Adams, Jr., Mike Benedum, Tim Dohm and the multi-time champion Butch McGill. More recent victors like Jonathan Davenport, Brandon Overton, Jacob Hawkins, and Tyler Carpenter have also left their mark on this revered event. The competition is fierce, and the stakes are high, as drivers aim to etch their names into the annals of Tyler County Speedway history.

Adding to the night's excitement is the Steel Block Late Model Tour, making its second appearance of the season with a $3,000 prize for the winner. Fans will also be treated to regular racing action in the Jenkins Auto Parts UMP Modifieds, Middlebourne Galaxy Food Center Sportmods, Sigler Fabrication Hotmods, SCDRA 4 Cylinders, and the Pathway Real Estate Professional Mini Wedges.

The gates of America's Baddest Bullring will open at 4pm, welcoming fans to an unforgettable night of high-octane racing. The Mini Wedges will kick off the action at 6:30pm, followed by Hotlaps and Qualifying at 7:30pm.

As we celebrate the legacy of Earl Hill for the 37th time, it’ll be a fond reminder as we pay homage to the driver of the red #80, a man who left an indelible impact on the sport. The event stands as a tribute to his contributions and a celebration of the competitive spirit he embodied through his illustrious career at the Tyler County Speedway.

Tickets for this event are available now. General admission is priced at $20, with children 10 and under admitted free, making it a family-friendly outing.
