Pair of podium finishes for Jake in Wild West Shootout at Vado

Jake continued in action at the Wild West Shootout at the Vado Speedway Park over the final four nights of the mini-series, which got back to action on Wednesday night.

Wednesday, he ran third in his heat race, won the b-main and then was able to charge forward from his 17th starting spot in the night's feature race to claim a podium spot, finishing an impressive third.

Friday night, he raced from 6th up to 3rd in his heat race and then picked up his second straight top three finish, as he raced from 8th up to 2nd in the main.

Saturday, after a 10th to 8th run in his heat race, he raced from 9th up to 3rd in the b, before starting 21st and finishing 17th in the feature race and Sunday, for the mini-series finale, he ran third in his heat race before starting 16th in the feature and being credited officially with a 20th place finish for his efforts.
