Runner-up finish with American All-Star Series at Ponderosa Speedway

Cory Hedgecock broke out his BMF Race Car No. 23 Pro Late Model on Friday afternoon at Ponderosa Speedway (Junction City, Ky.) for the American All-Star Series portion of the Hall of Fame 30.

In a field of 32 cars, Hedgecock followed up the second-fastest lap in his time trial group with a third-place run in the Race Track Connection Dash. Chasing a $3,000 payday in the feature, Cory rolled to a runner-up finish in the 30-lap affair. He chased fellow BMF Race Car pilot Jesse Lowe to the checkers with Zach Sise rounding out the podium.
