Benedum charges to Top-10 finish at Muskingum County Speedway
Mike Benedum made his XR Workin' Man Series debut on Saturday afternoon for the $10,000-to-win Jim Dunn Memorial.
With 33 Late Models in the pit area, Benedum qualified eighth-quickest in his group before suffering mechanical issues in his heat race. After scrambling to fix the car for his B-Main, Mike made up three spots to transfer to the A-Main. For the 50-lap main event, Benedum stormed forward 12 spots to finish inside the Top-10 which earned him the hard charger award for the event.
