Earl Pearson Jr. 11th in Spring Shootout at FALS
Friday afternoon saw Earl Pearson Jr. return to Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series competition in the Land of Lincoln at Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Ill.) for the Farmer City 74.
Following a third-place finish in his heat, EPJ locked himself into the main event before rain forced the postponement of the Farmer City 74 to Monday night, May 15th.
Heading to Fairbury Speedway (Fairbury, Ill.) on Saturday afternoon for the FALS Spring Shootout, Pearson Jr. finished seventh in his heat before recording a sixth-place outing in his B-Main. Receiving a provisional starting spot in the 60-lap main event, Earl crawled forward 16 spots to finish just outside the Top-10 in 11th.
Returning to Farmer City Raceway (Farmer City, Ill.) on Monday afternoon to finish the remainder of the Farmer City 74, EPJ sat on sixth row for the 74-lap main event and came home just outside the Top-10 in 11th.
