Dirt2Media NOW600 Returns To Port City During POWRi Turn Pike Challenge

(March 21, 2023) One quick schedule change later, the Dirt2Media National Open Wheel 600 Series presented by Hi-Plains Building Division is back at Port City Raceway on Friday, March 24, and Saturday, March 25, along with POWRi National/West Midgets and Outlaw Non-Wing Micros.

Featuring A-Class and Restricted, who are running for points, the weekend will not include Stock Non-Wing. Instead, the non-wing portion will feature Wingless POWRi Outlaw Micros, of which NOW600 drivers are encouraged to compete.

Practice is scheduled for Thursday, March 23, from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M (CDT). Pits are $25.

Racing begins Friday, March 24. Pits open at Noon. with cars on track at 6:00 P.M. (CDT) for Hot Laps. Saturday, March 25 will go green at the same time. Pit Passes per race day are $40 per class.

Grandstands open at 5:00 P.M. (CDT) on Friday and Saturday with tickets only $20 for adults, $15 for Senior and Youth (6-14), and free for Veterans, First Responders, and Kids five and under.

The 2023 season marks the 11th year of competition for the National Open Wheel 600 Series. Anchored by the Dirt2Media NOW600 National Championship, the NOW600 Series comprises several regional tours and sanctioned racetracks. The NOW600 National Championship features three divisions of 600cc micro sprints at each event: Stock Non-Wing, Winged A-Class, and Restricted 'A' Class.
