Pair of Top-10 finishes in Dairyland Showdown

In a field of 38 cars, Chase advanced forward five spots in his heat race to score a third-place finish. With $10,000 on the line in the preliminary feature, Junghans passed one car in the 40-lapper to finish ninth.

For another $10,000-to-win preliminary feature on Friday, Junghans came in fifth in his heat before picking up a consolation victory. Wheeling his way into the top-10 in the feature, Chase gained 11 positions to register a seventh-place finish.

On Saturday, Chase secured his spot into the $50,000-to-win Dairyland Showdown with the fourth-and-final transfer spot in his heat race. Starting in 14th, Junghans improved three spots in the 75-lap affair to place 11th.
