Stevens Competes in Texas Late Model Stampede

Tyler Stevens traveled west to Cotton Bowl Speedway (Paige, Texas) for the inaugural Texas Late Model Stampede over the weekend.

With 35 Southern Touring Late Model Series (STLMS) entries in the pits the event came to life on Friday night with a $3,000 top prize up for grabs. Tyler started his night by setting fast time in his group before winning his heat race in dominating fashion.

Via the redraw Stevens was positioned eighth on the starting grid for the feature. The main event found Tyler racing in the Top 10 throughout the feature before crossing the finish line in the ninth position.
