Pair of third-place finishes with Tri-State Series

Friday night found Blair Nothdurft in action at Rapid Speedway (Rock Rapids, Iowa) to return with the Repairable Vechicles.com Tri-State Series. After starting the night off with an eight-lap heat race victory, Blair gained three spots in the 25-lap feature to register a third-place finish. He followed Chad Olsen and Nick Beyenhof across the line with Jordan Heiman and Nate Beyenhof rounding out the Top-5.

For the $2,000 prize on Saturday at Park Jefferson Speedway (Jefferson, S.D.), Nothdurft’s second-place finish in his heat positioned him sixth on the starting grid for the feature. Passing three cars in the 30-lap affair, Blair scored a third-place finish, which came behind Justin Zeitner and Nate Beyenhof. Gale Vogt and Mike Benson completed the Top-5 finishers.

Blair remains in second in the latest Tri-State Series point standings.
