Nothdurft Begins 2020 Season with Battle at the Border

Bringing the 2020 season to life, Blair Nothdurft and the Bargain Barn Motorsports team invaded Vado Speedway Park (Vado, New Mexico) on Friday evening for the inaugural Battle at the Border. Drawing 42 World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series entries for the three-day event, Nothdurft recorded an 8th place finish in his heat race transferring him into the B-Main for another shot at the $5,000-to-win A-Main. Needing to place in the Top 3, Blair fell short with a 13th place outing.

For the final round of the Battle at the Border on Sunday, Nothdurft came in 9th in his heat giving him one final shot at the $15,000-to-win A-Main with a B-Main appearance. Locking in the Top 3, Blair recorded a 7th place finish bringing an early end to his weekend.
