CWRA SLM MAINS TO PAUL PAINE & DAREK GRESS
Wisconsin Dells WI-The CWRA Super Late Models returned to Dells Raceway Park to headline Don’s Marine of Lodi Night at the Races with twin 30 Lap Features. Feature number one would be scored by Mound, Minnesota’s Paul Paine. Starting from inside row three Payne would largely utilize the outside groove to drive forward and claim the victory. Paine would be followed to the line by Tyler Sauter, Corey Jankowski, Darek Gress and Mark Mackesy. Feature number two would see a late pass with two to go by Darek Gress on Fast Qualifier Derek VanDreel to collect not only the second 30 lap event but the night’s overall winner by virtue of his 4th and 1st place finishes. Rounding out the top 5 in the second event was Mark Mackesy, Tyler Sauter and Paul Paine. The CWRA Super Late Models return to DRP August 24th for the Walbeck Classic with Twin 30 lap feature events.
