Putnam Ninth in 28th Annual Coors Light Fall Classic

With 35 entries on hand on Friday night the field was split into twin $2,500-to-win programs. Josh qualified third fastest in his group and then finish second in his heat race to earn the third-starting spot for the feature. He advanced one spot to finish second behind Tyler Erb with Neil Baggett, Morgan Bagley, and Dalton Cook rounding out the Top-5 finishers.

Via his performance on Friday night, Josh started on the pole for a Saturday night heat race but slipped back to a fifth-place finish, which relegated him to a B-Main.

Winning the B-Main from second resulted in him lining up 18th on the feature grid for the 60-lap finale.

Josh enjoyed a sold run in the main event, passing nine competitors to finish ninth.
