Aho sweeps at Eagle River Speedway

Both Michael and Jesse were in action this past week with Jesse competing in a pair of Midwest Modified events on Tuesday at the Eagle River Speedway in Eagle River, WI and on Saturday at the ABC Raceway in Ashland, WI. (Highside Race Shots photo)

On Tuesday, Jesse raced to a clean sweep by winning in his heat race from the pole and the feature event from his 4th starting spot and on Saturday, he nearly did the same, by winning his heat from the outside of the front row and then racing from his 8th starting spot in the feature to a solid second place finish.

Michael ran both his Modified and a B-Mod at the Eagle Valley Speedway in Jim Falls, WI on Friday night and picked up top ten finishes for his efforts in both cars. In the Mod, he ran third in his heat race and placed seventh in the feature and in the B-Mod, he won his heat race from fifth and then ran eighth in the night's feature event.
