Gregg Satterlee lands fourth place finish in LOLMDS stop at Hagerstown

Taking part in the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series (LOLMDS) doubleheader weekend, Gregg Satterlee visited Hagerstown Speedway (Hagerstown, Md.) on Saturday afternoon for the Red Nininger Tribute. With 42 Late Models entered, Satterlee followed up the fourth fastest time in his qualifying group with an eight-lap heat race victory. With $15,000 on the line in the feature, Gregg dropped one spot in the 50-lapper to place fourth, trailing Tim McCreadie, Ricky Thornton Jr., and Jonathan Davenport to the checkers with Tyler Erb coming in fifth. The following night at Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pa.) for the River Valley 40, Gregg notched a runner-up finish in his heat behind Shane Clanton, which positioned him eighth on the starting grid for the $10,000-to-win A-Main. Clawing forward two spots in the 40-lap affair, Satterlee posted a sixth-place finish.
