Ross Robinson places eighth at Port Royal

Ross Robinson was back behind the wheel of his Longhorn Chassis No. 7 Late Model on Saturday night at Port Royal Speedway (Port Royal, Pa.) for the $3,000-to-win program. After breaking a transmission in hot laps, Robinson charged from the tail of his heat to finish fifth. Starting the feature in 14th, Ross passed six cars in the 25-lapper to finish eighth.
