Logan Roberson picks up $2,500 Freedom 40 victory at Natural Bridge Speedway

Starting out his Fourth of July weekend on Thursday, Logan Roberson went to Potomac Speedway (Budds Creek, Md.) and recorded a 17th-place DNF.

Roberson found much better luck on Saturday evening at his home track of Natural Bridge (Va.) Speedway in the $2,500-to-win Freedom 40.

Roberson qualified fastest out of 20 Late Models on site and picked up a heat race win which put him on the front-row for the 40-lap main event. Taking the lead on lap 13, Logan led the rest of the way to pick up the $2,500 payday over Tyler Bare and Matt Long.
