Rain extends Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series Senoia visit to Sunday afternoon

Fresh off a victory with his team, Payton Freeman returned to Senoia (Ga.) Raceway on Saturday afternoon for the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series-sanctioned Independence Shootout.

With 42 Super Late Models in attendance, Freeman qualified third-fastest in his group and picked up the win in his heat race. Running the $15,000-to-win main event on Sunday, Payton faded to finish outside the Top-10 in 18th.
