Boulton Focused on Consistency in Return to Riverside International Speedway

Inside Line Promotions – BRIGHTON, Tenn. (April 27, 2021) – Tucker Boulton is aiming to back up his first career top five in the 360ci winged sprint car division with another stellar run this weekend.

Boulton posted a fifth-place showing during his most recent outing on April 10 at I-30 Speedway in Little Rock, Ark. This Saturday he will head to another bullring in Arkansas as Riverside International Speedway in West Memphis hosts the Spring Fling Special.

“I’m feeling a lot more comfortable in this new car,” he said. “We have a good concept of how to set the car up and what to do for situations. I’m very confident going into our home track.”

Boulton has logged a lot of laps in a 305ci winged sprint car at Riverside International Speedway, where he also made his 360 sprint car debut earlier this month. He posted an 11th-place result and is seeking to take another step forward in his development in the new sprint car division.

“I’m looking for another top five if not better,” he said. “It’s going to take consistency. With these 360 guys the more consistent you are the faster you are. We are learning every time we hit the track.”

Wet weather washed out a planned race for Boulton last weekend.
