Ken Schrader Races in Iowa

Ken Schrader kicked off a doubleheader of IMCA Modified competition in Iowa on Thursday night with a visit to Cedar County Raceway (Tipton, Iowa). Twenty-seven drivers passed through the pit gate, and Ken kicked off his night by advancing from fourth-to-third in his heat race. He received the second-starting spot for the feature but would slip back to an 11th-place finish.

Action continued on Friday night with twin $1,500-to-win IMCA Modified events at Maquoketa (Iowa) Speedway. Ken registered a 13th-place finish in the first feature followed by an 11th-place finish in the second feature.
