Kaeding, Bruns, Forbrook, Beckendorf and Looft Net Wins During New Fashion Pork Night at Jackson Motorplex

Inside Line Promotions – JACKSON, Minn. (July 3, 2017) – Tim Kaeding and Clinton Bruns scored their first feature victories of the season at Jackson Motorplex while Brady Forbrook, Brandon Beckendorf and Matthew Looft returned to Victory Lane last Friday during New Fashion Pork Night.
Kaeding took advantage of starting on the pole for the 410 Outlaw Sprints Fueled by Casey’s General Store A Main as he led the distance and held off a hard charging Kerry Madsen, who established a new track record during qualifying to open the night before rallying from eighth to second place in the main event. Matt Juhl, Bill Balog and Brooke Tatnell rounded out the top five, respectively.
Chris Martin, Tasker Phillips and Scott Winters were the heat race winners.
Bruns rallied from the furthest in the pack as he advanced from ninth to garner the Heartland Racing Association non-wing sprints presented by HitchDoc triumph. Alex Schriever maneuvered from eighth to second place with Brandon Stevenson ending third, 10th-starting Derek Anderson fourth and Rick Jansma fifth.
Schriever and Stevenson each won a heat race.
Forbrook powered from eighth to capture his second career Heartland Steel RaceSaver 305 Sprints main event victory. Michael Stien placed second with Cory Kautz third, ninth-starting Kaleb Johnson fourth and Shane Fick fifth.
Kautz and Dave Becker both recorded a heat race triumph.
Beckendorf advanced from sixth to claim the Minnesota West – Jackson Campus IMCA a mods main event. Mark Noble, Kelly Shryock, Denny Anderson and Jeff Ignaszewski rounded out the top five, respectively.
Anderson and Justin Anderson each picked up a heat race win.
Looft outlasted eighth-starting Jason Andrews to earn the Bohl’s Small Engine IMCA sport mods A Main victory. Eric Kinnetz placed third, Randy Winter fourth and Jared Nytroe was fifth.
Nytroe and Kinnetz were the heat race winners.
Jackson Motorplex will showcase Kenny Schrader Night next Friday when the half-mile oval will feature Nebraska 360 Sprints and Midwest Sprint Touring Series 360 Sprint Cars, Heartland Steel RaceSaver 305 Sprints, Minnesota West – Jackson Campus IMCA a mods, Bohl’s Small Engine IMCA sport mods and Heartland Racing Association Non-Wing Sprints Presented by HitchDoc.
