Kolby Vandenbergh Attends Prairie Dirt Classic at Fairbury Speedway

On Friday night Kolby Vandenbergh visited Fairbury Speedway (Fairbury, Illinois) kicking off the 30th annual Prairie Dirt Classic. Drawing 72 World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series entries for a round of preliminary features, Vandenbergh earned the 11th-starting position for his $2,500-to-win prelim via his qualifying time. Locking the Top 4 into Saturday night’s main event, Kolby fell short with a 15th place outing.

Returning on Saturday night, Kolby started 15th in his B-Main for another shot at the $30,000-to-win finale. Sending the Top 4, Vandenbergh logged an 11th place finish bringing an early end to his weekend.
