FIfth-place outing in rescheduled Billy Winn Classic; Top-10 with Outlaws at Sharon Speedway

Right back in action with the World of Outlaw Case Late Model Series, Tyler Bruening checked into Bedford (Pa.) Speedway on Thursday afternoon for the rescheduled Billy Winn Classic.

Starting mid-pack for the $15,000 prize, Bruening persevered through a lenghty 45-lap feature to score a Top-5 outing in fifth.

Rolling into Sharon Speedway (Hartford, Ohio) for two days of action, Tyler had a forgettable Friday night with a 17th-place finish before rebounding for a Top-10 finish in Saturday's $15,000-to-win finale.

Bruening is currently seventh in the point standings.
