MEDLER HANGS ON FOR SPORT MOD WIN
Pole sitter Robby Rosselli pulled away quickly in the IMCA Sport Mod feature. However, a series of cautions erased Rosselli’s lead and allowed second place, Nathan Speten, the opportunity to take the lead on lap seven. However, cautions continued to plague the feature as Darren Medler passed Speten on a restart on lap nine. The cautions were quite helpful for Luke Krogh, who started seventh and worked his way into the second position. On the final restart of the race with five laps to go, Krogh challenged Medler for the lead. However, Darren Medler was too strong and held on to win the feature. Luke Krogh had to settle for second. Robby Rosselli finished third ahead of Cole Lewis and Roy Spielman.
