DNS in Tennessee Tipoff at Smoky Mountain Speedway

Picking back up with the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series, Shane Clanton traveled to Smoky Mountain Speedway (Maryville, Tenn.) on Saturday afternoon for the ninth annual Tennessee Tipoff. With 51 cars on hand, Clanton fell short of a transfer position in both his heat race and B-Main, forcing him to rely on a provisional into the $12,000-to-win A-Main.
