Early exit in Rock Gault Memorial prelim

Friday night found Shane Clanton in action at Cherokee Speedway (Gaffney, S.C.) for the World of Outlaws Morton Buildings Late Model Series-sanctioned Rock Gault Memorial. With the 43-car field split into two separate groups for a pair of preliminary features, Shane timed in fourth fastest in his qualifying group before placing third in his heat race.
