Time Change - Opening Early for Test & Tune

Test & Tune will start at 2pm and run until 8pm today, April 19th or until it gets rained out. It looks like it might start raining at 6pm so we are trying to give drivers at least a 4 hour practice, and maybe up to 6 hours. This practice was originally scheduled from 4-8pm.
